AMSEK RESEARCH

The Aptafix home screen: a form search box, Custom size and My Kit tiles, and a list of recent forms such as a bank exam application and a US visa photo.
How it works

Three steps, no guesswork

No more resizing a photo five times to get under 50 KB, or finding out at the last minute that the upload was rejected.

  1. Pick your form

Search for an exam, passport, visa or job form. Aptafix lists every file it asks for, with the exact size, a link to the official notice and the date we last checked it.

  2. Make it fit

Take or choose a photo. Aptafix frames your face, turns a plain wall white, cleans up your signature and hits the exact pixels and KB.

  3. Check, then upload

Every file is checked on your phone against the form's published rules, so you know it fits before you submit anything.

What it does

Everything a form asks for

Exact pixels and KB

Meet a 20–50 KB limit without trial and error. JPEG or PNG, at the DPI the form specifies.

Auto-frame face

Finds your face and sizes it to the form's rule.

White background

Turns a plain wall white. No studio needed.

Signature clean-up

Dark ink on white, trimmed to the signature and sized to the KB limit.

Name and date stamp

Printed on the photo when a form asks for them.

Checked before upload

Format, size, KB, DPI, background and location data, checked against the published rules.

My Kit

Save your photo, signature and thumb impression once, encrypted on your phone, ready for the next form.

Any notice, any size

Form not listed yet? Choose Custom size and type the pixels, KB and format from the notice.

My Kit is encrypted

Saved items are encrypted with a key kept in your phone's secure storage.

Location data removed

Location and camera details (EXIF) are stripped from every file you make.

Rules from official sources

Each form links to its official notice and shows when we last checked it.

Free to use

Free, with careful ads

Ads keep Aptafix free. We hold them to rules that put your form first.

  • Never while you work. A full-screen ad can only appear after you have saved a file and tapped Done.
  • Never on your first visit. Your first session is for getting your form done.
  • At most twice a day. And you can change your ad privacy choices at any time in the app.
Help

Questions, answered

Does Aptafix upload my photos or signature?

No. Every file is processed on your phone and never sent to us. We have no copy of anything you make.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up and no login. Open the app, pick a form and start.

Is Aptafix free?

Yes. Aptafix is free and supported by ads, shown only under the rules above.

Will my photo definitely be accepted?

Aptafix checks every file against the form's published rules before you upload, so you know it meets them. Only the issuing authority decides whether a file is accepted, so always read the official notice before you submit.

My form isn't listed. Can I still use Aptafix?

Yes. Choose Custom size and type the pixels, KB and format from the notice, and Aptafix does the rest.

Is Aptafix a government app?

No. Aptafix is an independent tool made by AMSEK Research. It is not affiliated with any government body, exam board or issuing authority. Each form in the app links to its official source.

When can I download it?

Aptafix is coming soon to Google Play and the App Store. This page will link to both as soon as it is live.
